Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries is getting ready to set up a mega city near Mumbai, which will include plug-and-play industrial parks, data centres, and commercial and residential buildings.
RIL has signed an MoU with the Maharashtra government to invest Rs 3 trillion in the state, and the mega project is part of the deal.
RIL has already consolidated its position by buying out Jai Corp’s stake in the project, and a clear picture will emerge at the annual share holder meeting, say insiders.
