BSE-listed Nihar (531083) Info Global Ltd is transforming from a marketplace seller into a multi-sector growth company with strong footholds in the following areas: e-commerce (ONVO, Goldensilver), digital healthcare (Life108 ePharmacy & Private Labels), and media tech (Beastbells CSR Podcast & AI Transparency Tool).

The company has identified e-commerce, healthcare and media as three growth engines to take it to the next level.

HOME OFFERINGS

On the e-commerce front, the thrust is on the ONVO brand (50+ SKUs) live on Amazon and Flipkart, the launch of www.onvo.in – a direct-to-consumer portal for home & kitchen, relaunch of Goldensilver.in (lifestyle & gifting), and geographic expansion with fulfilment centres in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and beyond.

HEALTH OFFERINGS

On the healthcare front, the company is focusing on sales of medical devices, OTC products, baby care and medicines on Amazon and Flipkart. The e-pharmacy portal with 50,000+ SKUs, AI prescription verification, and private-label nutraceuticals will be its new initiatives. The company hopes to register a Rs 20-crore turnover for FY26, of which it has already achieved Rs 9 crore so far. The company enjoys a strong distributor network (Alliance Medical, Vasu Pharma, Smith+Nephew).

MEDIA OFFERINGS

Lastly, on the media front, post the success of its event, Dasakaratna DNR Film Awards 2024, the company is now foraying into CSR-focused multilingual podcasts with an AI-driven transparency tool. The revenue drivers constitute sponsorships, advertising, and corporate partnerships. It has a strategic alignment with ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Vocal for Local’.

RIGHTS ISSUE

In order to complete its expansion in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat, the company is planning a rights issue of Rs 10 crore.
